COLOUR ANALYSIS

Discover your best colours, neutrals and metals (silver/gold/rose gold) in your ‘Seasonal Colour Palette’.

STYLING YOUR BODY SHAPE

Learn the right tools to create balanced symmetries including the most flattering clothing styles and what to avoid for your body type.

STYLE DISCOVERY

We map out and create your unique signature style, including the best silhouettes for your bodyshape and lifestyle.

WARDROBE CULL

Cull clothes, shoes and accessories that don’t work for your shape, style and lifestyle and learn the exact reasons ‘why’ they need to go.

WARDROBE EDIT + ORGANISATION

Saving items by giving them new life with alterations or new outfit suggestions. Everything will be organised and colour coordinated from lightest to darkest.

SHOPPING LIST PLANNING

What we need to build your ideal capsule wardrobe, based on what you already own, what’s missing, your shape, colours and what your personal style is.

Please allocate 4 hours for this session. If you have a large wardrobe, we will need more time added on the day at $150 p/h

2ND SESSION IN STORES

Shopping Experience (Clothing)

A tailored experience for your individual needs with me as your personal stylist in Sydney shops.
All garments are already ‘pre-shopped’, picked out and put aside for you before you arrive.
Learn new stores and brands that work for your individual needs
Come away with 10-15 new quality clothing style options that are both versatile and work for your shape, style, complexion & lifestyle

Please allocate 3 hours for this session. With the option to extend for up to 2 hrs @ $150p/h.

3RD SESSION IN STORES

Shopping for Accessories

A tailored experience aimed at finding the remaining pieces to complete the looks including accessories
All garments and outfits are ready for your when you arrive
Learn styling tips and be introduced to new accessory brands that work for your style
You can extend the session on the day for an additional $150 per hour.

4TH SESSION AT HOME

Outfit Styling Session

Learn how to create your signature looks
Explore new ways to create various outfits using my simplified styling techniques for all areas of your lifestyle.

Is this website secure?

What are the options for payment?

You have two options– you can either pay via the BOOK PERSONAL SHOPPING button where you can pay via Stripe and Paypal using; credit card, visa, master card or American Express.

OR you can pay via bank transfer/invoice, please email Josephine your preferred package and if there is a specific date you would like to book in then she will email the invoice with bank details to pay. Payment must be made in full to lock in your session date.

What are the next steps after I've purchased my package online?

Josephine will be in contact with you via email within 24 hours to organise your session dates and times.

Once this has been organised, Josephine will send you a form to fill out and some homework to complete prior to your Consultation.

Do you offer refunds?

Josephine will offer a full refund for packages that haven’t been carried out and will need to be notified at least 48 hours prior to first session.

Refunds cannot be issued if sessions have been carried out already. A refund will be issued of remaining sessions if required.

No refunds offered on gift certificates.

How much notice do I need to give if I need to cancel?

At least 48 hours notice is needed, due to high demand, there will be a rescheduling fee of $150 if less than 48 hours.

What do I need to prepare for prior to our sessions?

You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your Online Style Consultation.

Josephine will email you the exact details of what to expect, plan and prepare for, for our sessions.

An example: for the shopping day wear comfortable easy to change in and out of clothes etc.

Which stores will we be shopping in?

Josephine styles her clients in the following areas: Sydney CBD & Bondi Junction Westfield. Josephine will carefully select stores catered to each clients needs, so it is to be confirmed between the client & Josephine which location is best for their shopping session: Bondi Junction or the city.

It all depends on what your needs and your budget limitations are for each item e.g.; maximum spend on a- blazer, jeans, shoes etc.

A common misconception is that stylists are for the rich and famous and will take you to only high end stores, but with Josephine rest assured, you are in safe hands and will not style you in anything thats out of budget or your lifestyle requirements.

How much should I budget for the shopping session?

Josephine can work with any budget you have but to maximise your time and money spent on Josephine’s services, it is advised that $3000 for a 3 hour shopping session would be a good starting point to work with.

If you want more than a few outfits or a variety of quality long lasting staple pieces, then it is advised to have a more flexible budget of $4000- $10,000

Do you take commission from the stores?

The answer is NO. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.

What shapes and sizes do you cater to?

Josephine is an expert in body shape styling and caters from size 4 – size 22+, tall, petite, all body shapes and sizes.

Can I extend the session on the day?

Yes, Josephine allows up to 2 hours to extend on the day for shopping experiences.

PERSONAL STYLING OVERTIME RATES– If we run out of time and you wish to continue the styling session, I offer extended time for all clients:

$75- 30 minutes

$150- per hour

How long should the sessions be booked a part?

It is advised to book the Consultation at least a week a part from the Shopping session so that Josephine has time to research and gather the looks for you.

Is the shopping budget included in the total package amount?

No, the package amount is purely my service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
