That’s where the Seasonal Update comes in, a style refresh designed to evolve what we’ve already built together. I’ll refine your current wardrobe, add fresh staples and standout pieces, and rework your outfits (with the add on outfit guide) so getting dressed feels effortless again.
It’s not a full overhaul, it’s your wardrobe, re-energised and aligned with where you’re at now. Because great style isn’t one-and-done, it’s something we keep evolving, together.

All payments are made via invoice.
To secure your booking, simply email Josephine with your preferred package and any specific dates you’d like to reserve. An invoice with payment details will then be sent to you directly.
Please note that full payment is required to confirm your session dates.

Your booking is secured once full payment has been received, after which your styling homework and preparation details will be provided.
All styling homework must be completed at least 24 hours before your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session.
Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
If you need to reschedule your session, a $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for any changes made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled session date.
Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook.
All styling homework must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your Online Style Consultation.
Josephine will email you the exact details of what to expect, plan and prepare for, for our sessions.
An example: for the shopping day wear comfortable easy to change in and out of clothes etc.
Josephine offers personal shopping sessions in Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction Westfield. The exact location is tailored to each client’s needs and will be confirmed during your consultation to ensure we have access to the right mix of stores for your style and budget.
Your shopping experience is guided by your budget per item (for example, the maximum you’d like to spend on a blazer, jeans, dress, or a bag), and Josephine carefully selects from stores to align with your goals.
Josephine does not shop at low-tier, fast-fashion retailers such as Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Kmart, or Target. Instead, expect to shop within:
Mid-Tier Brands: Witchery, Country Road, Saba, Cue, Veronika Maine, Seed, Sheike and more.
High-Tier Brands: Aje, Camilla & Marc, Viktoria & Woods, Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore, Maje, Carla Zampatti among many others.
Budget expectations and store selections are always discussed during your initial consultation, ensuring full transparency and alignment before your shopping session.
As we have already worked together, most existing clients invest between $5,000-$10,000 (10-15 items) for the shopping budget. This range gives us the flexibility to secure high-quality pieces that you can wear daily on high rotation as well as statement pieces that will elevate your wardrobe.
I’ll always guide you on how to get the best results within your budget, but having this level of investment ensures we can complete your looks so it is both versatile, and aligned with your needs.
NO, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
Yes, Josephine allows up to 2 hours to extend on the day for shopping experiences.
PERSONAL STYLING OVERTIME RATES– If we run out of time and you wish to continue the styling session, I offer extended time for all clients:
$75 +GST 30 minutes
$150 +GST- per hour
The Online Style Consultation and the Shopping Experience needs to be completed within the same week for this particular package.
No, the package amount is purely my service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
