All payments are made via invoice.
To secure your booking, simply email Josephine with your preferred package and any specific dates you’d like to reserve. An invoice with payment details will then be sent to you directly.
Please note that full payment is required to confirm your session dates.
All new clients are required to book a complimentary 20-minute Style Strategy Session online before scheduling any services. This ensures I understand your goals and can confirm that my services are the right fit for your needs.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session.
Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
If you need to reschedule your session, a $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for any changes made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled session date.
Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook.
All styling homework must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your first session.

Josephine offers all mens shopping sessions in Sydney CBD. The exact location is tailored to each client’s needs and will be confirmed during your consultation to ensure we have access to the right mix of stores for your style and budget.
Your shopping experience is guided by your budget per item (for example, the maximum you’d like to spend on a blazer, jeans, vs a shirt, and Josephine carefully selects from stores to align with your goals.
She does NOT shop at low-tier, fast-fashion retailers such as Zara, H&M, Tarocash, YD, Kmart, or Target. Instead, expect to shop within:

Budget expectations and store selections are always discussed during your initial consultation, ensuring full transparency and alignment before your shopping session.
This package involves curating a more extensive selection of pieces to truly elevate your wardrobe. To achieve the best possible outcome, Josephine works with clients who have the flexibility to invest in a broader budget, ensuring every choice reflects both quality and style.
For clothing and accessories, we suggest allowing between $9,000–$20,000 (15-30+ items) depending on your personal taste, lifestyle needs, and expectations.
NO, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
I style men of all builds and proportions, from very tall to more petite frames, as well as athletic and lean body types. Most of my clients fall within the standard size ranges that the Australian market caters well for.
For specialised proportions – such as very tall men, particularly those that struggle with shirt sleeves and pants being to short in lengths, or men with more compact petite builds; off-the-rack options can sometimes be limited. In these cases, I recommend tailored solutions, whether that’s custom suiting or strategic alterations, to achieve a sharp, intentional fit. My focus is always on cut, proportion, and detail, ensuring every client leaves with a wardrobe that feels elevated, cohesive, and aligned with their personal brand.
Yes, you will be billed via Invoice separately for any additional overtime we occur.
