Questions
All payments are made via invoice.
To secure your booking, simply email Josephine with your preferred package and any specific dates you’d like to reserve. An invoice with payment details will then be sent to you directly.
Please note that full payment is required to confirm your session dates.
All new clients start with a complimentary 20-minute online Style Strategy Session to ensure I can help and that we’re the right fit before booking any services.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session.
Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
If you need to reschedule your session, a $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for any changes made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled session date.
Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook.
All styling homework must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your Online Style Consultation.

Josephine offers personal shopping sessions in Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction Westfield. The exact location is tailored to each client’s needs and will be confirmed during your consultation to ensure we have access to the right mix of stores for your style and budget.
Your shopping experience is guided by your budget per item (for example, the maximum you’d like to spend on a blazer, jeans, vs a dress), and Josephine carefully selects from stores to align with your goals.
She does not shop at low-tier, fast-fashion retailers such as Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Kmart, or Target. Instead, expect to shop within:
Mid-Tier Brands: Witchery, Country Road, Saba, Cue, Veronika Maine, and more.
High-Tier Brands: Aje, Camilla & Marc, Viktoria & Woods, Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore, Maje, among others.
Budget expectations and store selections are always discussed during your initial consultation, ensuring full transparency and alignment before your shopping session.
For the Personal Shopping Package, most clients invest between $4,000-$8,000 on clothing (10-15 items). This range gives us the flexibility to secure high-quality staples that you can wear daily on high rotation as well as statement pieces that will elevate your wardrobe.
I’ll always guide you on how to get the best results within your budget, but having this level of investment ensures we can curate a wardrobe that feels complete, versatile, and aligned with your personal style.
NO, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
I style women of all body shapes and proportions, from petite to tall, curvy to athletic. Most of my clients fall within sizes 6-16, where the Australian market offers the widest variety of options.
For specialised sizing (such as size 4, plus size: 18-22 or very petite frames), the options in stores can be more limited, but I always identify the best possible pieces, even if that means recommending alternative options online or alterations to achieve the perfect fit. My focus is on cut, proportion, and detail, ensuring every client leaves with a wardrobe that feels intentional, elevated, and empowering.
Yes, Josephine allows up to 2 hours to extend on the day for shopping experiences.
PERSONAL STYLING OVERTIME RATES– If we run out of time and you wish to continue the styling session, I offer extended time for all clients:
$75+GST- 30 minutes
$150+GST- per hour
For the Personal Shopping Package, Josephine offers Online Style Consultations on Mondays only and Shopping Sessions to be carried out the same week on from Tuesday-Friday 1pm-4pm.
No, the package amount is purely my service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
The clothing budget recommendations for this specific package is $5000-$10,000 for a 3 hour shop, 10-15 items.
Josephine focuses on quality investment staples that you can wear daily on high rotation.
