Every client’s shopping experience is tailored to their unique needs. The stores we visit will depend on several factors, including your build, sizing, budget, colour palette, quality expectations, personal style aesthetic, and where the pieces on our shopping list are available.

Payment should be made via bank transfer/invoice, please email Josephine your preferred package and if there is a specific date you would like to book in then she will email the invoice with bank details to pay. Payment must be made in full to lock in your session dates.
If you need to pay by credit card, we have the required Stripe payment links.
All new clients are required to book a complimentary 20-minute Style Strategy Session online before scheduling any services. This ensures I understand your goals and can confirm that my services are the right fit for your needs.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session.
Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
If you need to reschedule your session, a $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for any changes made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled session date.
Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook.
All styling homework must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your Online Style Consultation.

Josephine offers personal shopping sessions in Sydney CBD. The exact location is tailored to each client’s needs and will be confirmed during your consultation to ensure we have access to the right mix of stores for your style and budget.
Your shopping experience is guided by your budget per item (for example, the maximum you’d like to spend on a blazer, jeans, vs a shirt, and Josephine carefully selects from stores to align with your goals.
She does not shop at low-tier, fast-fashion retailers such as Zara, H&M, Tarocash, YD, Kmart, or Target. Instead, expect to shop within:

Budget expectations and store selections are always discussed during your initial consultation, ensuring full transparency and alignment before your shopping session.
For the Personal Shopping Package, most clients invest between $5,000-$10,000 on clothing (10-15 items). This range gives us the flexibility to secure high-quality staples that you can wear daily on high rotation as well as statement pieces that will elevate your wardrobe.
I’ll always guide you on how to get the best results within your budget, but having this level of investment ensures we can curate a wardrobe that feels complete, versatile, and aligned with your personal style.
NO, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
I style men of all builds and proportions, from very tall to more petite frames, as well as athletic and lean body types. Most of my clients fall within the standard size ranges that the Australian market caters well for.
For specialised proportions – such as very tall men, particularly those that struggle with shirt sleeves and pants being to short in lengths, or men with more compact petite builds; off-the-rack options can sometimes be limited. In these cases, I recommend tailored solutions, whether that’s custom suiting or strategic alterations, to achieve a sharp, intentional fit. My focus is always on cut, proportion, and detail, ensuring every client leaves with a wardrobe that feels elevated, cohesive, and aligned with their personal brand.
Yes, Josephine allows up to 2 hours to extend on the day for shopping experiences.
PERSONAL STYLING OVERTIME RATES– If we run out of time and you wish to continue the styling session, I offer extended time for all clients:
$75+GST- 30 minutes
$150+GST- per hour
For the Personal Shopping Package, Josephine offers Online Style Consultations on Mondays only and Shopping Sessions to be carried out the same week on from Tuesday-Friday 1pm-4pm.
No, the package amount is purely my service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
The clothing budget recommendations for this specific package is $5000-$10,000 for a 3 hour shop, 10-15 items.
Josephine focuses on quality investment staples that you can wear daily on high rotation.
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
