1. Services

We offer personal styling services including (but not limited to) wardrobe edits, personal shopping, colour analysis, style consultations, digital lookbooks, and styling guides. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at any time.


2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are required in advance and are subject to confirmation.

  • Payment must be made as per the agreement outlined during the booking process.

  • Some services may require a deposit or full upfront payment.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed. Missed or last-minute cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee or forfeit of your package.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Styling sessions and consultations are non-refundable once carried out.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 1 weeks notice.

  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind.

  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Use of Website Content

All content on this Site (including text, images, logos, branding, guides, and videos) is the intellectual property of Josephine Eve and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Travel Fee's

Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for money and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For our Wardrobe Review/Edit package please note that fees apply with time taken to travel to destination.
